Onboarding Questionnaire
This is where you provide all the details — from timelines to traditions to who not to group together in family portraits. It helps us prep and personalize everything to your day. The more we know, the better we can anticipate moments and create a seamless experience.
Catch-Up Call
Around 4 to 6 weeks out, we will jump on a relaxed video call to run through your day, chat through the timeline, and make sure we are aligned on all the details. Think of it as a casual check-in to make sure everything is dialed in and you feel totally confident heading into your wedding.
The Wedding Timeline
Based on our chat, we will map out a photography-friendly timeline — factoring in light, logistics, and breathing room so you are not rushed and still get golden hour magic. This becomes your guide for the day, designed to keep things flowing naturally while making sure we capture every moment that matters.
